The Reflection

You have always felt deeply, sensing the subtle shifts in your body, mind, and spirit. Yet somewhere along the way, you may have labeled these fluctuations as inconvenient, unsteady, or even wrong.

This Law is the reclamation of sacred timing.

To honor your cycles is to honor yourself. Each rise, each retreat, each pause is a necessary part of your unfolding. Growth, rest, creation, and release each have their season — and resisting them only interrupts your flow. Embracing them is a quiet act of reverence for your own life.

Your emotions are not burdens.
Your instincts are not errors.
Your cycles are not interruptions.

They are sacred.

The Practice (Body)

Notice your natural rhythms. Observe when your energy rises and when it ebbs. Align your actions, work, and rest with your own flow.

Write it down. Don’t explain it away.
Let your intuition speak in its original language: sensation

Simple ways to honor your cycles:

• Journal your energy, moods, or intuitions each day.

• Schedule creative or demanding tasks for your high-energy periods.

• Allow yourself intentional rest during low-energy periods.

Say quietly, touching your heart:
"I flow with the natural rhythms within me."

This daily recognition trains your body and mind to honor your sacred rhythm.

The Integration (Soul)

Reflect on the patterns of your life — in work, relationships, and passions. Where have you resisted natural flow? Where have you surrendered beautifully?

Ask yourself:

"What does it feel like when I move in harmony with my own cycles?"

Write sensations, not stories. Then, choose one small act this week that honors your current phase — a rest, a creation, a release — and do it with intention.

The more you practice, the more you step out of shame or rigidity, and the more fully you move in sacred timing.
