It reminds you that your body reacts before your mind reasons — that your knowing arrives not as data, but as vibration.

It’s a frequency you must learn to trust.

Every time you betray that whisper to please someone louder, you dull your magic.

The Practice (Body)

Before responding to a request, message, or invitation this week — pause.
Place your hand on your stomach or chest.
Notice how your body reacts before your mind rationalizes.
That first wave — warmth, tightness, ease, or unease — is the message.

Write it down. Don’t explain it away.
Let your intuition speak in its original language: sensation

The Integration (Soul)

Ask yourself each day:

“Did I listen to my body before I listened to the world?”

If the answer is no, forgive yourself.
If the answer is yes, celebrate quietly.

Either way, you are remembering.

“Carry this law in your pulse for the next seven days.”
